Discounted registration fees for ECE 2023 available for delegates attending the SEMT Congress!

We are excited that the European Society of Endocrinology (ESE) will be holding its 25th European Congress of Endocrinology (ECE) in Istanbul, Turkey, on 13-16 May 2023.

Join us at ECE 2023 and connect with ESE’s global community of endocrine specialists at Europe’s largest European Congress. There is a full and exciting programme, where you can take part in question and answer sessions with world-leading speakers and explore the full exhibition as well as the Patient's Experience Zone. The Welcome Reception and Networking Evening will also offer you an opportunity to build relationships with fellow endocrine specialists and healthcare professionals. You can also showcase your work by submitting your Abstract by 23 January 2023.

The Society of Endocrinology and Metabolism of Turkey (SEMT) is holding its 44th Congress and AGM on 12-13 May at the Marmara Taksim, ahead of ECE 2023.  There is an opportunity for SEMT  members to access a substantial discount of 25% on the ECE 2023 registration fee if you attend both congresses, what a great opportunity to learn and to save money!

In addition, if you become an ESE Member before the application deadlines highlighted below or if you are an existing ESE Member, you will qualify for a much reduced registration fee as well as many other ESE membership benefits.

• Membership application by 3 March 2023 to be eligible for the Super Early Bird rate
• Membership application by 4 April 2023 to be eligible for the Early Bird rate

Why should you become an ESE member?

What will ECE 2023 cost?

As Turkey falls within the World Bank categorization of “Middle Income”, all delegates from Turkey can register for ECE 2023 at reduced rates across all registration types.

In addition, become an ESE member and register before the Super Early Bird deadline of 20 March and you will pay just €295instead of €495. This, coupled with an additional 25% discount for those attending both the SEMT Congress and ECE meetings, means your registration fee would be only €220 or €55 if you are a nurse.

The table below illustrates how the 25% discount for SEMT Congress delegates would impact all in-person registration types - you simply need to enter the relevant discount code below when registering for ECE 2023.

There are also a limited number of places for students to attend ECE free of charge - so apply now! You will need to select the ticket type ‘Student Turkey’ and complete this form to show proof of your student status and upload it when registering.
